What Accounts Are Covered?
All accounts inactive for 11 or more days qualify for warranty protection. Look for the ✓ Warranty badge on eligible accounts when browsing.
Warranty Coverage
- Email Access Issues — if you cannot access the email associated with the account
- Login Problems — if the provided credentials do not work
- Account Ownership Issues — if the previous owner reclaims the account
- Password Changes — if the password is changed by someone else
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- 1Contact Support Immediately — reach out as soon as you encounter an issue
- 2Provide Your Order Number — include your purchase details
- 3Explain the Issue — describe what went wrong
- 4Submit Required Proof — provide screenshots if applicable
Tip: If your claim is initially denied, don't give up! You can re-submit for up to 2 weeks after purchase.
What's NOT Covered
- Tournament Play — accounts used in competitive play are disqualified
- Security Procedure Not Followed — if you didn't follow the security video guide
- Account Bans — if banned due to your own actions
- Claims After 2 Weeks — claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
