What Accounts Are Covered?

All accounts inactive for 11 or more days qualify for warranty protection. Look for the ✓ Warranty badge on eligible accounts when browsing.

Warranty Coverage

  • Email Access Issues — if you cannot access the email associated with the account
  • Login Problems — if the provided credentials do not work
  • Account Ownership Issues — if the previous owner reclaims the account
  • Password Changes — if the password is changed by someone else

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. 1Contact Support Immediately — reach out as soon as you encounter an issue
  2. 2Provide Your Order Number — include your purchase details
  3. 3Explain the Issue — describe what went wrong
  4. 4Submit Required Proof — provide screenshots if applicable
Tip: If your claim is initially denied, don't give up! You can re-submit for up to 2 weeks after purchase.

What's NOT Covered

  • Tournament Play — accounts used in competitive play are disqualified
  • Security Procedure Not Followed — if you didn't follow the security video guide
  • Account Bans — if banned due to your own actions
  • Claims After 2 Weeks — claims must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
